<abstract xml:lang="ru">

With the acceleration of scientific and technological progress, rapid assessment methods for evaluating technologies and innovations are becoming increasingly relevant, especially for technologies characterized by high dynamism and rapid obsolescence. Bibliometric analysis of scientific literature serves as one such method. A selection of 1,000 technologies was analyzed, classified by maturity stage as hypothetical, emerging, and growing, including those recognized by experts as having significant impact on their respective technical fields or economic sectors. The study revealed that over a 5-year period (2019–2024), AI-related technologies surpassed ICT technologies in terms of scientific publication mentions, displacing the latter from their leading positions. Meanwhile, attention to blockchain technologies and the metaverse is projected to grow substantially in the coming years. Notably, the lower concentration of scientific research on technologies in the real sector may lead to its imbalanced development.
