The article is devoted to exploring the possibilities of applying artificial intelligence technologies for human resource management in IT projects, specifically in the processes of resource reallocation. The object of the study is the employee workload forecasting system. The subject of the study is the informational, software, and algorithmic support of the employee workload forecasting system. The aim of the research is to improve the efficiency of IT project management through dynamic forecasting of human resource needs. The research methods include analysis and specification methods, as well as the expert ranking method: analyzing existing methods of resource utilization forecasting in IT projects; determination of criteria for resource reallocation; developing an algorithm for resource reallocation and allocation. As a result of the study, criteria for IT projects and personnel were defined to enable dynamic selection of employees for IT project tasks. Additionally, an algorithm for selecting resources for IT projects and reallocating human resources between IT projects was proposed.
