The purpose of the article is a comprehensive analysis of the features of the use of modern digital tools in the work of human resources services of Russian companies. Current trends in the development of information technology provide management with a new set of tools for collecting, systematizing and comprehensively analyzing large amounts of information (Big Data) for a detailed study of the labor market, improving the procedures for searching and selecting worthy candidates for vacant positions, operational support of work processes within the framework of an employment contract, the implementation of retraining programs and advanced training courses, etc. p. Significant changes in HR analytics processes open up new opportunities for company management in HR management processes and in corporate governance in general. These trends in the development of information technology inevitably lead to the need for the company’s staff to maintain the proper level of competence to work with modern software products without reducing the level of creativity of employees in the performance of their official duties and to maintain the attractiveness of managers’ work.
