This article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the current state, prospects and potential opportunities for the development of aquaculture (growing fish and other organisms in artificial conditions) and mariculture (growing aquatic organisms in the marine environment) in the Far Eastern region of Russia. The public-private partnership is considered as one of the tools for the development of aqua and mariculture, the implementation of STI "Foodnet", as well as the impact on the ESG transformation of regions with already implemented projects for the cultivation of marine organisms and fish.
